Spicy Tempura Fish

Ingredients
300 grams fish fillet
1 cup plain flour
2 lemons
3 eggs
5 green chilies
½ cup plain flour
½ cup corn flour
¼ cup oil
1 tbsp garlic paste
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp red chili flakes
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
In a bowl, add 3 eggs and beat well. Then add ½ cup plain flour, ½ cup corn flour, ¼ cup oil, juice of 2 lemons, ¼ tsp white pepper, ¼ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp red chili flakes and salt to taste and mix together. Apply 1 tbsp garlic paste and 5 finely sliced green chilies on fish fillet. Then coat with plain flour and dip in the prepared batter. Deep fry fish fillet in hot oil on medium flame. Spicy Tempura Fish is ready to serve.
