Beef Konji

Ingredients
½ kg beef undercut
1 bottle white soda
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method
Cut ½ kg beef undercut into thin slices and fry in hot oil. In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add 1 onion, 4 sliced cloves of garlic and 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and sauté. Then add fried beef and stir together. Now add 1 bottle white soda, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste. Put on high flame and allow cooking for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp corn flour and mix. Beef Konji is ready to serve.
