2 eggs
200 grams uni puff
300 grams plain flour
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
3 tbsp Worchester sauce

Now press 200 grams uni puff to spread it like a roti and roll it over 5 to 6 times. Slice 200 grams beef undercut finely. Sauté 1 finely sliced onion in 3 tbsp oil. Also add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté. Add finely sliced beef slices and allow cooking until water dries up. Then add 1 tsp mustard paste, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and 3 tbsp Worchester sauce and mix. Spread half of the dough on a baking tray and make a layer of prepared beef mixture. Cover with the remaining half dough. Grease with a beaten egg and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 c for 10 to 15 minutes. When its color changes to a nice golden brown, American Pie is ready to serve.
