Beef Steak with Brown Sauce

Ingredients
½ kg undercut beef
1 onion
Juice of 2 lemons
½ cup oil
½ cup plain flour
¼ cup Worchester sauce
1 tbsp mustard paste
1 tbsp Worchester sauce
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp H P sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp crushed black pepper
Salt to taste

Method
Slice ½ kg beef undercut in steak form and hammer gently. In a separate bowl, add ½ cup oil, juice of 2 lemons, 1 tbsp mustard paste, ¼ cup Worchester sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp H P sauce, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 ½ tbsp crushed black pepper and mix well. Marinate steaks with this paste for 15 to 20 minutes and grill in a grill pan. In a separate pan, sauté ½ cup plain flour and keep aside. Sauté a finely sliced onion until it turns golden brown. Then add 1 glass of water, salt to taste, ½ tbsp crushed black pepper and 1 tbsp Worchester sauce and allow cooking until it reaches a boil. Now add sautéed flour to thicken the mixture. In a platter, serve steak topped with brown sauce.
