Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
300 grams chicken bones
1 egg
1 capsicum
1 carrot
2 spring onions
2 to 3 green chilies
¼ cabbage
½ cup corn flour
200 grams chicken breasts
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp white pepper powder
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method
Boil 300 grams chicken bones in 2 liter water. Chop a capsicum, a carrot, 2 spring onions, 2 to 3 green chilies and ¼ cabbage in julienne shape. Chop 200 grams chicken in thin slices. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté chicken slices. Then add chopped vegetables and mix well. Now add prepared chicken stock and cook on high flame. Thicken the mixture with ½ cup corn flour. Also add salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ¼ tsp white pepper powder and a beaten egg and mix for a few moments. Delicious Vegetable Chicken Soup is ready to serve.
