Fish Cheese Roll

Ingredients
300 rams fish fillet
½ packet mozzarella cheese
1 tomato
1 capsicum
1 onion
1 lemon
1 egg
1 kg manda patti
¼ cup plain flour
Oil for frying
1 tbsp garlic paste
½ tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste

Method
Cut 300 grams fish fillet into small pieces. Add chopped tomato, capsicum and onion. Also add 1 tbsp garlic paste, juice of 1 lemon, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder and ½ packet shredded mozzarella cheese. Cut manda patti in shape and size of spring rolls and fill in the fish mixture. Fold the ends and apply the mixture of a beaten egg and ¼ cup plain flour to avoid it from unfolding. Deep fry the Fish Cheese Rolls and serve.
