Chicken Mushrooms Vegetable in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 spring onion
1 capsicum
1 carrot
1 tomato
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup water
6 to 7 mushrooms
¼ cabbage
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp oil
½ tsp sugar
Salt to taste

Method
In a pan, heat 3 tbsp oil and sauté 4 sliced cloves of garlic. Then add a chicken and sauté until its color changes to a nice golden brown. Then add 6 to 7 sliced mushrooms, 1 capsicum, 1 carrot, 1 tomato and ¼ piece of cabbage. When mushrooms and vegetables are cooked, add a spring onion and cook another few minutes. Now add ¼ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp sugar, salt to taste and 3 tbsp oyster sauce and stir together on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add a cup of water. When water begins to boil, add 2 tbsp corn flour to thicken the mixture. Chicken Mushrooms Vegetable in Oyster Sauce is ready to serve.
