Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 apple
1 medium onion
1 lemon
2 tomatoes
½ bunch spinach
½ ice berg lettuce
½ cup boiled peas
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp black pepper
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
Salt to taste

Method
Boil ½ bunch spinach and keep aside. Chop 1 medium onion, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 2 tomatoes and ½ ice berg lettuce into small pieces. Add boiled spinach and ½ cup boiled peas to chopped vegetables. Then add salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, 4 tbsp olive oil and juice of 1 lemon and mix. Now add 4 tbsp ketchup and ½ cup mayonnaise and mix well. Vegetable Salad is ready to serve.
