Corn Rice

Ingredients
300 grams rice
1 onion
3 eggs
6 cloves of garlic
2 to 3 spring onions
½ bunch fresh coriander
¼ cup oil
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp white pepper
Salt to taste
1 cup corn

Method
Boil 300 grams rice and keep aside. Finely slice 2 to 3 spring onions and ½ bunch fresh coriander. Chop onion into pieces. In a bowl, beat eggs. Also slice 6 cloves of garlic. Now heat ¼ cup oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic. When it changes to a nice golden brown, add chopped onion and 1 cup corn. When onion is transparent, add beaten eggs and allow cooking. Then add sliced, spring onion and coriander and boiled rice. Also add ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp white pepper and salt to taste and stir together on high flame. Corn Rice is ready to serve.
