Prawn Fried Rice

Ingredients
200 grams prawns
300 grams rice
1 carrot
1 capsicum
2 eggs
2 spring onion
3 green chilies
4 cloves of garlic
¼ cup oil
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp white pepper
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp Worchester sauce
Salt to taste

Method
Boil 300 grams rice and keep aside. Chop 200 grams into small pieces. Also slice 2 spring onions, 1 carrot and 1 capsicum finely. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs. Sauté 4 finely sliced cloves of garlic in ¼ cup oil. Then add prawns. When color begins to change, add beaten eggs and sliced vegetables. Cook on high flame for a couple of minutes. Then add boiled rice, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp white pepper, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce and salt to taste. Stir together for 4 to 5 minutes. Prawn Fried Rice is ready to serve.
