Peanut Chicken

Ingredients
300 grams chicken breast
200 grams peanuts
1 capsicum
2 spring onions
3 green chilies
4 cloves of garlic
½ cup water
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Worchester sauce
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method
Chop 200 grams sautéed peanuts in a chopper machine. Cut 300 grams into small pieces. Also chop 1 capsicum and 2 spring onions into small pieces. Finely slice 4 cloves of garlic. Sauté garlic in 3 tbsp oil until it turns golden brown. Then add chicken until it begins to change color. Then add sliced vegetables and sautéed peanuts. Now add 1 tbsp Worchester sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ tsp black pepper, salt to taste and ½ cup water. When water begins to boil, add 2 tbsp corn flour dissolved in water and 1 tbsp honey and mix. Garnish with remaining peanuts and serve.
