Mix Vegetable Halva

Ingredients
300 grams khoya
2 carrots
1 medium loki
¼ cauliflower
¼ cabbage
50 grams almonds
50 grams pistachios
200 grams sugar
Few drops of kewra
1 cup clarified butter

Method
Grate or slice finely 2 carrots, 1 medium loki, ¼ cauliflower and ¼ cabbage. Boil grated vegetables in hot water. When vegetables are tender, take off the flame and strain away excess water. Heat 1 cup clarified butter in a pan and sauté vegetables on high flame. when water has dried up, add 200 grams sugar, 300 grams whole dried milk and few drops of kewra essence. When sugar is dissolved, put off the flame. Add 50 grams sliced pistachios and 50 grams sliced almonds and mix together. Mix Vegetable Halva is ready to serve.
