1 onion
1 egg
¼ bunch fresh coriander
3 to 4 green chilies
1 small tomato
1 tsp red chili flakes
¼ tsp black pepper
3 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste

Method
Add 200 grams beef mince, 1 onion, ¼ bunch fresh coriander, 3 to 4 green chilies and 1 small tomato to a chopper and chop to form a fine mixture. Then add salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1 egg and 3 tbsp corn flour and mix together. Grease your hands with some oil and form small balls of the beef mixture.
