Ingredients
125 grams khoya
1 glass milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
100 grams fresh cream
150 grams almond
6 tbsp sugar
Method
Boil 150 grams almonds and peel off the skin. Then boil peeled almonds in 1 glass milk. Then add 125 grams khoya and 6 tbsp sugar and cook until ingredients are well combined. Now blend the mixture in a blender. Add a scoop of ice cream in a glass and pour almonds drink on top and serve.
