Ingredients
½ fish slices
1 lemon
2 eggs
4 crushed green chilies
¼ bunch fresh coriander
½ cup gram flour
1 tsp hot spices powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chat masala
½ nutmeg, mace powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp red chili flakes
Salt to taste
Method
Wash ½ kg fish slices. In a bowl, mix ½ cup gram flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp nutmeg, mace powder, 4 crushed green chilies, ¼ bunch fresh coriander, 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp red chili flakes and salt t o taste and mix together. Dip fish slices in the prepared batter and deep fry on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle 1 tsp chaat masala and pour juice of 1 lemon and serve spicy Tawa Fish.
