Shahi Mutton

Ingredients
1 kg mutton
250 grams yogurt
¼ bunch fresh coriander
¼ bunch mint
¼ cup oil
20 grams almonds
20 grams pistachios
100 grams cream
1 tbsp hot spices powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ground nutmeg, mace
2 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Method
In a pan, heat ¼ cup oil and sauté 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Then add 1 kg mutton and allow cooking until it begins to change color. Then add ¼ bunch fresh coriander, ¼ bunch mint, 1 tbsp hot spices powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, mace, 2 tbsp red chili powder, salt to taste, 250 grams yogurt and 1 glass water. Cover the pan to allow cooking. In another pan, boil 20 grams almonds and 20 grams pistachios and slice them finely. When meat is tender within 10 to 15 minutes, add 100 grams cream, sliced almonds and pistachios and stir together until gravy is thick. Garnish with ginger and coriander and serve.
