Ingredients
½ kg rice
1 bunch fresh coriander
3 eggs
4 cloves of garlic
¼ cup oil
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp crushed cumin
Salt to taste
Method
In a pan, heat ¼ cup oil and fry 3 eggs. Then add a bunch of sliced coriander, 1 tbsp crushed cumin and 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and mix. In the pan, add ½ kg boiled rice and salt to taste and stir together. Coriander Fried Rice is ready to serve.
