Prawn Coriander Soup

Ingredients
200 grams prawns
1 egg
3 green chilies
2 glasses chicken stock
4 cloves of garlic
¼ bunch fresh coriander
½ cup mushrooms
½ cup corn flour
½ tsp black pepper
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method
Chop 200 grams prawns finely. Also chop 4 cloves of garlic, ¼ bunch fresh coriander and 3 green chilies. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic. When garlic is a nice golden brown, add prawns, green chilies, fresh coriander and ½ cup mushrooms and stir for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add 2 glasses of chicken stock and when it reaches a boiling point, add ½ cup corn flour to thicken the mixture. Add a beaten egg and cook for another couple of minutes. Prawn Coriander Soup is ready, serve hot.
