Gulab Jaman

Ingredients
½ egg
250 grams khoya
2 cups sugar
Water as required
Kewra as required
Clarified butter a as required
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp semolina
¼ tsp baking powder
Oil for frying

Method
Beat ½ egg and add 250 grams khoya and 1 tbsp semolina to it. Mix together using your hands. Knead the mixture with ¼ tsp baking powder and clarified butter and form into small balls. Fry the balls in frying oil. Dip the balls in sugar syrup and serve hot.
