Ingredients
25 grams almonds
25 grams pistachios
50 grams jiggery
100 grams dried dates
100 grams dried apricots
300 grams rice
½ cup olive oil
Salt to taste
Method
Boil 300 grams rice till 2/3 cooked. Also boil 25 grams almonds, 25 grams pistachios, and 100 grams dried dates and 100 grams dried apricots and de-seed dried dates. In a pan, add ½ cup olive oil and sauté dry fruits. Also add rice and salt to taste and allow simmering for 4 to 5 minutes. Arabic rice is ready to serve.
