Beef Cutlets

Ingredients
300 grams mince meat
1 cup bread crumbs
1 onion
1 egg
4 green chilies
¼ bunch fresh coriander
1 tbsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
In a chopper, add 300 grams mince meat, 1onion, 4 green chilies, 1 egg, ¼ bunch fresh coriander, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Chop until all ingredients are well combined. Form the mixture into shape of cutlets. Shallow fry cutlets coated with bread crumbs. Beef Cutlets are ready to be served with tomato ketchup.
