Mutton Masala

Ingredients
½ kg mutton
250 grams yogurt
¼ bunch fresh coriander
¼ bunch mint
¼ cup oil
1 piece of ginger
1 tsp hot spices powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Method
Add ¼ cup oil to a pan and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté. Then add ½ kg mutton and sauté until its color changes to a golden brown. Then add 250 grams yogurt, 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp red chili powder, salt to taste and 2 glasses of water. Cover the pan with its lid and allow simmering. When meat is tender, increase the flame and sauté. When water has dried up, add ¼ bunch fresh coriander, ¼ bunch mint and 1 medium pieces of ginger. Let it be on the flame for another 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Mutton Masala is ready to serve.
